Alpaslan Topçu was born in 1976 in İskenderun.

After graduating from İskenderun high school, he continued his studies at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Alpaslan Topçu who completed his specialization at Dokuz Eylül University Medical Faculty Hospital of Plastic Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery, since 2002 has participated in various congresses, panels, courses in Turkey and worldwide in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery field.
